What does a Member Success Specialist do?

In this dynamic role, you are responsible for delivering top-tier support and guidance throughout the member lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term retention. You ensure that every member derives maximum value from Inner Stance programs and tools.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, ensuring timely, empathetic, and effective support.
  • Design and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention.
  • Monitor member progress, follow up on key milestones, and proactively address signs of disengagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Growth, Marketing, and Product to enhance the member experience.
  • Analyze member data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver measurable results.
  • Lead initiatives to build a thriving member community and act as the voice of the member internally.
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to track member health scores and run A/B tests to optimize communication.
  • Embrace agile experimentation to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Where will you be working?

As a Member Success Specialist, you will work from our Straight-Line Leadership headquarters in Roermond or from our professional film studio in Echt. You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate closely with a passionate, high-performing team. Our environment values collaboration, quality, and innovation.


What will you bring for this role?
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, lifecycle marketing, or member support (preferably in a SaaS or membership-based setting).
  • Proven ability to drive engagement and retention with measurable impact.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects.
  • A growth-driven mindset with a team-first attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in building customer communities is a strong plus.
  • A strong command of the Dutch language.
