As an Acquisition Marketing Specialist at Straight-Line Leadership (SLL), you're the driving force behind top-of-funnel growth. You develop and optimize campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our sales team every day. You don’t just run ads - you build acquisition machines.

Your main tasks/responsibilities amongst others are:
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Own and optimize the entire pre-lead funnel - from campaign to click to conversion.
- Select, brief, and improve landing pages in collaboration with content and web teams.
- Monitor and improve conversion rates across all touchpoints (ads, pages, forms).
- Run retargeting campaigns to re-engage high-potential audiences.
- Analyze performance across traffic sources and landing pages, and act on insights to reduce CPL and improve ROAS.
As an Acquisition Marketing Specialist you will work from the Straight-Line Leadership office in Roermond. You’ll report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with team members in content, CRM, sales, and design. You will work in an inspiring environment where collaboration, quality and innovation are key.
- 4+ years of experience in performance or acquisition marketing (B2B/B2B2C).
- Proven track record with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
- Data-driven: you think in CTR, CPL, CAC, and optimization.
- You can write a landing page or brief a designer with clarity.
- You have a growth mindset: test fast, learn fast, scale what works.
- A strong command of the Dutch language.
