As a Communications & Content Strategist you drive brand growth through strategic content and communication channels, ensuring our message cuts through with clarity and consistency.
You will:
Own and evolve the overall content strategy across all brand touchpoints.
Lead the social media strategy and oversee growth across key channels.
Develop and run the podcast series strategy and operations, along with other content-led initiatives.
Build and manage a forward-looking social media calendar and oversee execution.
Brief and collaborate with the creative team to deliver brand-aligned content.
Own repurposing of existing content into multiple formats for organic growth and reach.
Provide direction and oversight to the Social Media Manager, ensuring tactical execution is aligned with strategy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Growth in social media followers and reach.
Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, watch time).
Channel performance (podcast downloads, content views, retention).
Consistency and quality of content output.
As a Communications & Content Strategist, you will be based at the Straight-Line Leadership headquarters in Roermond. You will report to the Managing Director Marketing & Growth. The Social Media Specialist is your direct report. Furthermore, you will work closely with the product teams, in an inspiring environment where quality, creativity, and growth are key.
Strong background in content strategy, communications, or brand marketing.
Hands-on experience in social media growth and platform best practices.
Proven ability to conceptualize and run content series (e.g., podcasts, video formats).
Skilled in briefing and working with creative teams to deliver high-quality assets.
Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and adjust strategy.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
