In this versatile role, you are responsible for managing Microsoft 365, providing technical support for internal and external applications, and delivering IT support to our colleagues at Straight-Line Leadership. You also support the Managing Director IT with IT-related matters and decision-making, technically manage the external user platforms (such as Adobe LMS), and assist the product team with content management where and when needed.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
User management: creating/modifying/removing accounts, assigning licenses.
Technical administration of the internal CRM system (Salesforce).
Technical support for external user platforms such as Adobe LMS.
Supporting the product team with content management and integration.
Monitoring security measures and incidents.
Serving as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and troubleshooting.
As a System Administrator, you will be based at the Straight-Line Leadership headquarters in Roermond. You report to the Managing Director IT of the SLL Group and work closely with the product team, sales, and other internal stakeholders. You will operate in an inspiring environment where collaboration, quality, and innovation are key.
MBO+/Bachelor level of education, preferably with Microsoft 365 certification.
Experience with technical application management (Salesforce, Adobe LMS is a plus).
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

A team player who takes responsibility and adapts flexibly to changing situations.
