Are you a sharp, strategic Dutch wordsmith with a passion for clear, bold brand communication? As our Copywriter, you will shape the voice of two fast-growing brands: Straight-Line Leadership (SLL) and Inner Stance (INN).

In this dynamic, high-ownership role you are responsible for the tone of voice and messaging across all touchpoints, helping us scale our message and amplify our impact. You will work side-by-side with marketing and product teams to make sure every word we publish is clear, bold, and aligned.
Your key responsibilities include:
Defining and maintaining the brand tone of voice.
Writing and directing copy for websites, email, product, ads, and community platforms.
Developing messaging frameworks for launches and campaigns.
Translating our voice across different platforms without losing its core essence.
Leveraging AI to streamline production and elevate content quality.
Writing high-converting sales pages and funnels.
Creating compelling email sequences (sales, engagement, lifecycle).
Writing in-app copy (Appcues, Slack community, etc.).
Producing copy for paid ads, lead magnets, and social media.
As a Copywriter, you will be based at the Straight-Line Leadership headquarters in Roermond or the professional film studio in Echt for 2 days per week, with flexibility for remote work. You will report to the Brand & Content Manager and work closely with the product teams, in an inspiring environment where quality, creativity, and growth are key.
A native Dutch speaker with excellent writing instincts and fluent in English.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, advertising, or a related area.
At least 4 years of experience as a copywriter, (freelance, in-house, or agency) and have a strong, relevant portfolio.
Confident in developing and maintaining a strong brand voice across all channels.
Proven record in writing for conversion and impact, sales pages and funnels, and onboarding flows.
Ability to adapt tone without losing clarity or consistency.
You use AI tools as a power to accelerate content production without compromising tone, clarity, or conversion impact.
Ability to work independently but thrive in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Structure, ownership, and creative energy.
Experience in writing for brands in leadership, coaching, or personal development is a strong plus.
We offer you a challenging and independent part-time position (32 hours per week) with plenty of opportunities for growth. In addition, we offer:
A monthly gross salary up to maximum €4,500 gross based on 40 hours, depending on experience and qualifications.
